As Social Media Assistant for the UBC Thunderbirds, I posted game updates on Twitter and Instagram to increase fan engagement and attendance at varsity events.
I currently work part-time with the communications department at UBC Athletics to deliver match and event recaps.
Match Recaps
I've been assisting the UBC Thunderbirds communications team by producing quick turnaround match recaps and previews at varsity games.
Instagram Stories
As Social Media assistant, I was in charge of live tweeting and creating stories that provided the UBC community with updates on all 26 varsity teams. This often meant running (or longboarding) across campus from game to game.
